If you purchased your products through the Solution Pack model, you'll find BMC Service Request Management in a folder underneath the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite.
If you purchased your products through legacy pricing, you'll find it in its own standalone folder called "BMC Service Request Management".
If you did not purchase it, you will not see it. Only products currently in your contract - or under trial - are visible on EPD.

SRM. I am able to download BMC Remedy Service Desk Application 7.0.03, but I
can not find the BMC Service Request Management. the SRM may be contained in a
package different? for example, BMC Atrium installer?
